ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, GRADUATE ALUMNI ENGAGEMENT, Alumni Relations, helps shape and strengthen MIT's graduate alumni community by designing innovative programs and experiences that connect graduate alumni with one another and with MIT through on-campus, global, virtual, and online engagement opportunities; cultivates and stewards alumni volunteers; leads career and professional development initiatives; builds and grows digital communities and engagement platforms; collaborates with alumni leaders, academic departments, campus partners, and colleagues to advance lifelong engagement that reflects MIT's spirit of discovery, innovation, and learning; and uses data, alumni feedback, and technology to continuously inform programming, community participation, and graduate alumni engagement.
