Client Services Specialist, Italian and Spanish Speaker (French would be considered)

As a Client Services Specialist, you will provide frontline support to Autodesk customers and partners, ensuring the timely resolution of product access, licensing, and account issues. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience by solving problems effectively, communicating clearly, and collaborating in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide multi‑channel support (phone, chat, email) to customers and partners
  • Troubleshoot product access, licensing, account, and order‑related issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Ensure access to purchased software using internal systems and remote tools
  • Deliver a high‑quality, solution‑focused customer experience
  • Educate customers and partners through training sessions, onboarding, webinars, and self‑service guidance
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert on Autodesk policies, processes, and tools
  • Support partner enablement and collaborate cross‑functionally (including Sales) to resolve issues
  • Contribute to knowledge base content and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain professionalism and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
Minimum Qualifications
  • BSc or MSc graduate with 0–4 years of professional experience
  • Experience using a CRM system; Salesforce preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed (shift start times of 7:00 AM)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Italian, Spanish, French and other language skills are an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a customer service or support environment with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
