Job description

Protara Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel to partner with R&D, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs and Commercial teams in a fast-paced biotech environment.

You will provide strategic legal counsel on FDA and global regulatory matters, clinical development agreements, and corporate transactions, while ensuring compliance and data privacy. The incumbent must be able to come into the NYC office once a week.
