Job Summary:

They are seeking an Operations Specialist to ensure the quality and accuracy of AI-powered products by managing data onboarding, processing requests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Ingest and structure historical data and documents into Juniper Square platforms, ensuring information is accurately captured and properly organized for use within AI-assisted workflows.
• Receive and process incoming work requests within defined SLAs, working within AI-powered workflows to move requests efficiently from intake to completion.
• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with source material, applying consistent judgment at every step before work is considered complete.
• Follow established operating procedures with precision, and actively contribute to refining and improving them.
• Partner closely with customer-facing teams, maintaining clear communication and reliable turnaround accountability across multiple product workflows.
• Serve as an operational point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external customers, representing Juniper Square with professionalism and clarity.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2-3 years of professional work experience in an operations, administrative, or data-focused role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external customers alike.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to sustain accuracy under volume and time pressure.
• Sound judgment and the initiative to escalate issues appropriately rather than work around them.
• Comfort working within AI-assisted workflows and ability to critically evaluate AI-generated content rather than accept it at face value.
• Proficiency in standard business tools including Excel and general communication platforms; comfort with task management workflows.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload with a high degree of ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred:
• Experience in financial services or investment management is preferred
• Familiarity with institutional data and document workflows are helpful context for this work
