JOB DESCRIPTION:
We're looking for a Medical Education Partnerships Lead to help establish and grow our medical education function. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative company and shape a new capability within our organization-partnering with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to develop both accredited and non-accredited Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs that drive meaningful clinical change.
As an early member of this vertical, you'll play a central role in defining our strategy, identifying high-impact educational opportunities, and securing funding for new medical education projects. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are executed with excellence and aligned with our clients' goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to uncover opportunities for innovative, non-promotional CME/IME programs that advance clinical education and support strategic objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end development and submission of grant proposals, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure compelling, compliant, and fundable submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams-including strategy, medical experts, content development, and client success-to support accurate, timely delivery of education programs.
  • Develop deliverables that track program performance, demonstrate ROI to funders, and inform future educational direction.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years of experience in the life sciences, medical education, or healthcare strategy, with a track record of managing or selling into pharmaceutical/biotech clients.
  • Deep understanding of CME/CE landscape and compliance frameworks (e.g., ACCME, PhRMA, OIG).
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong cross-functional project management and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Bachelor's degree required
