This person will work directly with approximately 30 manufacturers to help manage new product releases, promotions, product updates, trainings, and on-site product demonstrations.

This role is a mix of vendor relationship management, marketing support, product coordination, and new partner outreach. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with both external manufacturer representatives and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help ensure manufacturer relationships are active, organized, and beneficial to both Marshall Scientific and its partners

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, vendor coordination, sales support, marketing coordination, customer success, or a related role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable managing multiple vendor relationships, projects, and deadlines at once
  • Ability to coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, promotions, and internal action items
  • Experience working with product listings, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, or promotional planning is a plus
  • Experience in laboratory equipment, scientific products, medical products, distribution, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required

Compensation

Base salary range: $55,000–$65,000, plus performance-based bonus opportunity.
