Job Summary
Part-time lab assistant will work in the lab and assist with the lab preparations and clean up for future courses.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 semester credit hours in Biology

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prefer Biology major

Essential Functions
  • Must be organized and reliable
  • Must record hours worked and turn in time sheets to appropriate supervisor
  • Lab prep for future courses
  • Preparing solutions
  • Clean up (washing dishes)
  • Maintain lab supplies
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift or move lab equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Use of manual dexterity
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
