What are freelance biology labs?

Freelance biology labs are independent laboratories or professionals who offer biology-related research and testing services on a project or contract basis, rather than working as full-time staff in one institution. They may perform experiments, analyze samples, or provide consulting for academic, industrial, or private clients. This arrangement allows for flexibility in work schedules and the ability to choose projects, but also requires managing your own business operations and client relationships. Freelance biology lab professionals often have specialized skills and access to laboratory equipment, enabling them to support a variety of scientific studies.
