WHO YOU ARE:
You enjoy guarding, patroling, and monitoring the premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Observe and report all activities, incidents, or safety hazards; to uphold the integrity of the Bingo Hall. Under the guidance of the Supervisor or Shift Manager, may respond to emergency situations as they arise.
  • Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information.
  • Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
  • Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
  • Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
  • Observes and reports incidents, procedure violations or criminal activities as they arise.
  • Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
  • Safeguards property assets.
  • Escorts currency drop boxes / rolling carts to / from the Cage / Count Room as needed.
  • Performs First Aid care, CPR or other emergency needs when required.
  • Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
  • Patrol MIB premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
  • Escort or drive motor vehicles to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection.
  • Interacts with guests, vendors, suppliers, and team members to maintain a safe and friendly environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Completes annual training programs including but not limited to CPR, first aid, and defensive tactics.
  • Valid WA State Driver's License.

Since we first opened on January 21, 1985, Muckleshoot Bingo has helped the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe launch a period of economic prosperity. We have grown from our humble beginnings as a small bingo tent located where our sister property Muckleshoot Casino now stands, into a state-of-the-art 55,000 square foot entertainment space, boasting two floors with over 1,000 bingo seats and over 500 of the hottest Vegas-style slot machines, and annually employ over 200 people from across the greater Auburn area.
