Job description

·        Supervise daily bingo operations and provide leadership for Bingo Attendants.

·        Perform all job functions of a Bingo Attendant while providing oversight in the absence of Bingo Management.

·        Open and close the bingo hall, ensuring all gaming equipment, POS systems, caller stations, and operational areas are properly prepared for each session.

·        Coordinate daily bingo hall setup, including inventory preparation, supply distribution, floor readiness, and guest service standards.

·        Review and maintain inventory counts of bingo paper, pull tabs, electronics, tickets, portable units, and all gaming supplies.

·        Direct Inventory Clerks on proper issuance of bingo inventory and ensure accurate setup of bingo packs and inventory shelves for upcoming sessions.

·        Verify inventory movement, issued paper, returned paper, and balancing reports to maintain compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations.

·        Run reports including session summaries, Title 31 documentation, Resorts Advantage reports, and other required operational and compliance reports.

·        Review session totals for shortages, overages, and discrepancies; investigate variances and ensure proper documentation and corrective action.

·        Verify cashier banks, paymaster banks, and payout procedures to ensure accurate cash handling and secure financial controls.

·        Assist with prize verification, jackpot payouts, and guest issue resolution during active bingo sessions.

·        Train, coach, evaluate, and support bingo department employees while maintaining operational standards and compliance requirements.

·        Provide direction to staff regarding daily assignments, floor coverage, game flow, guest concerns, and special event operations.

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for guest questions, employee concerns, and operational problem-solving during assigned shifts.

·        Work closely with Bingo Management to coordinate supplies, promotions, reporting, staffing, and special bingo events.

·        Maintain a clean, organized, professional bingo environment and ensure excellent guest service standards are consistently met.

·        Performs all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

·        High school diploma or GED preferred.

·        Minimum 2 years of bingo, casino, gaming, or cash-handling experience preferred.

·        Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.

·        Strong knowledge of bingo operations, gaming procedures, and internal control standards.

·        Experience with POS systems, bingo accounting systems, Title 31 compliance, and reporting systems such as Resorts Advantage preferred.

·        Advanced cash handling skills with the ability to verify banks, reconcile reports, and manage payout controls accurately.

·        Strong mathematical and analytical skills for balancing sessions, inventory counts, and discrepancy resolution.

·        Excellent leadership, communication, and employee training skills.

·        Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain compliance and operational accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

·        Ability to organize workflow, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

·        Excellent guest service and conflict resolution skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.

·        Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50lb bingo supplies and equipment as needed.

·        Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

·        Must be dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

·        Must be at least 21 years of age.
