Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Bindery Operator to support bindery and finishing production in a fast-paced print manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and adjusting bindery equipment to ensure printed materials are finished accurately, efficiently, and according to customer specifications.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with machine operation experience, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality. Prior bindery, print, or finishing experience is preferred, but candidates with strong production or machine operation backgrounds may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Set up and operate digital bindery and finishing equipment
โ€ข Monitor equipment throughout production to ensure machines are running properly
โ€ข Make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production flow
โ€ข Review job instructions, measurements, and production specifications
