Massillon Mancan is Hiring Bindery & Shipping Associate
Pay: Based on experience
Massillon Mancan is seeking a dependable Bindery & Shipping Associate for a full-time, first-shift position in Massillon. This is an on-site role with paid on-the-job training provided.
Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, trim, fold, sort, drill, and bind printed materials
Operate bindery equipment and ensure machines are functioning properly
Package finished products for shipment
Assist with shipping and receiving (FedEx, UPS, and USPS experience is a plus)
Maintain quality standards with strong attention to detail
Troubleshoot minor production issues and manage multiple projects efficiently
Schedule:
MondayFriday
8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Qualifications:
Previous bindery experience is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation to Massillon, OH
