Who You Are
Perfect Communications, located in Moorestown, NJ, a premier full-service commercial printing company, is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our production team as a Bindery Operator. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a strong willingness to learn the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of standard print finishing and bindery equipment (such as tabbers and binder and inkjet machines). We are looking for a reliable team player who can work independently, maintain high-quality standards, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Do
  • Responsible for setup, operation and troubleshooting of various bindery equipment
  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on finishing equipment.
  • Responsible for quality output
  • Responsible for keeping work area clean and organized.
  • Assist in all finishing operations as production workload may require.

What You Bring
  • Must have at least 3 years of general print bindery experience.
  • Ability to stand for length of shift.
  • Ability to bend and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work overtime based on work volume
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions regarding quality and production output requirements
