THE RUNDOWN
Playfly Sports is looking for a Billing Clerk to join our team in Berwyn, PA.
The Finance team supports Playfly Sports' various marketing and media divisions, collaborating with all organizational levels to assist with financial operations. This role will focus on managing the company's accounts receivable in partnership with the corporate finance and field operations teams.
The Billing Clerk will play a key role in ensuring clients are billed accurately and promptly, supporting multiple business units with invoicing, and collaborating with the collections department on payment applications.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Generate and distribute customer invoices
  • Review contracts to verify we are invoicing according to contractual obligations
  • Complete new vendor paperwork to facilitate customer payments
  • Answer invoicing questions and requests
  • Provide guidance on applying customer payments
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Navigate multiple databases and customer portals
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 1 year of relevant accounts receivable experience
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Experience with billing and/or accounting software
  • Proficiency in Excel

COMPENSATION
