Job description

Job title: Billing/Invoicing Clerk “B” Shift

General Description: Job responsibilities include creating manifests, billing orders, 
generating invoices and maintaining spreadsheets. This position works closely with inplant shipping and accounting.

Hours: will be 2:30pm – 11:00pm, Tuesday and 4:30pm-1:00am, Wednesday - Saturday. 
Sundays possible 4-hour shift. Flexibility with hours and days is required, or as needed.

Required skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, ECS, Shop Floor, and a 10-key 
calculator. General computer knowledge, effective communication skills, self-motivation, 
& the ability to multi-task are required.

Education Requirements: (if applicable)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
