Job description

We are currently hiring a Billing & Inventory Clerk for a busy pipe and industrial supply company. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Process billing, invoices, and customer orders accurately
  • Maintain and track inventory levels of pipe and related materials
  • Match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices
  • Assist customers with order inquiries and product information
  • Work closely with warehouse and operations teams
  • Data entry and documentation using company systems
  • Ensure inventory records are organized and up to date


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge of pipe descriptions, sizes, and materials (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse/industrial environment
