Location (city, state): Tulsa, Oklahoma - Onsight

Pay: $20 – $24 / hr

Work Schedule: Full-time

Job Description:

The Billing & Collections Specialist will be responsible for customer billing, collections, cash receipts, and maintaining accurate customer account information. This position will communicate with customers daily, review outstanding balances, and assist with resolving account issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process customer invoices.
  • Assist with collections, rebates, credits, and account inquiries.
  • Take credit card payments and post cash receipts.
  • Review aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Communicate with customers daily and help resolve account issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer account information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Solution-focused with the ability to meet deadlines.
