How does being bilingual enhance collaboration and campaign effectiveness for a bilingual marketing manager?

Being bilingual allows a Marketing Manager to bridge cultural and linguistic gaps within diverse teams and target audiences. This skill is particularly valuable when coordinating campaigns that span multiple regions or demographics, as it enables clear communication, more authentic messaging, and a better understanding of local market nuances. Bilingual Marketing Managers often collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners across languages, ensuring consistency and relevance in marketing initiatives. WE'RE NOT A TYPICAL LAW FIRM

Since 2015, Lincoln-Goldfinch Law has helped thousands of immigrant families navigate one of the most complex systems in the world and we've built a team that genuinely cares about every single one of them. We're 110 people strong, award-winning, and growing fast.

If that sounds like your kind of place, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Bilingual Marketing Manager (English/Spanish) who gets things done. This is an execution role you'll own the day-to-day management of our marketing function: supervising an in-house team, coordinating SEO vendors, driving community outreach, and building campaigns that bring in qualified leads, not just traffic.
You won't be setting strategy from a whiteboard. You'll be in the work reviewing copy, managing timelines, holding vendors accountable, and constantly asking: is this actually moving the lead needle?
You'll report directly to the COO and work hand-in-hand with our Sales and Intake teams to make sure what marketing generates actually converts.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Execution & Team Supervision
Supervise and coordinate daily execution across your in-house marketing team social media, content, and design
Manage external SEO/SEM vendors: set expectations, review deliverables, hold them accountable to lead-generation outcomes
Keep campaigns on schedule and on-brand you're the one making sure things actually ship
Run weekly marketing standups and report performance to the COO on a clear, consistent cadence
Qualified Lead Generation
Own the number that matters: qualified leads into our intake funnel not impressions, not followers
Analyze the lead-to-hire funnel and identify where drop-off is happening then fix it
Collaborate with Intake and Sales to align on what a qualified lead looks like and how marketing can send more of them
Drive community outreach initiatives events, partnerships, and local presence targeted at immigrant communities in Austin and beyond
Campaigns & Creative
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across paid social, organic content, email, and community channels
Write and direct messaging that resonates with immigrant audiences empathetic, clear, bilingual where needed
Build and test creative concepts: what message, what format, what channel gets us the right client at the right cost
Manage the content calendar across all active channels and ensure consistent, high-quality output
Funnel & Performance Optimization
Monitor and report on cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, channel attribution, and lead quality weekly
Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creative, and messaging to continuously improve conversion rates
Identify bottlenecks between marketing and intake and drive cross-team fixes, not just diagnoses
Use data from our CRM and analytics tools to inform every campaign and budget decision
Brand & Reputation
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels one that reflects our mission and earns trust with immigrant communities
Manage online reputation including Google reviews, social comments, and press mentions
Ensure all public-facing content reflects LGL values: dignity, empathy, and bilingual excellence
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Our clients and communities speak both.
35 years of hands-on marketing experience, with at least 12 years supervising a team or managing vendors
Proven track record of improving lead generation quality not just volume or vanity metrics
Experience managing SEO/SEM vendors and holding them to business outcomes, not just rankings
Comfortable running paid social campaigns (Meta, Google) and reading the numbers behind them
Experience in immigration, legal, or professional services is a strong plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
YOU'RE THE RIGHT PERSON IF YOU
Get more excited about a qualified lead than a viral post
Know the difference between a marketing problem and a sales problem and know how to fix both
Can write compelling ad copy, then pull the performance report and tell us what worked and why
Hold vendors accountable without making it personal
Move fast, document clearly, and don't need to be reminded twice
Believe in the mission: helping immigrant families build a better future in the U.S.
OUR CORE VALUES
Commitment to Excellence We constantly improve ourselves, our processes, and our results.
Integrity We give and receive honest feedback. We own our mistakes and create a culture of accountability.
In This Together When we set our teammates up for success, we all succeed. Client experience is a shared responsibility.
Passion We care deeply about our clients and each other. We push through challenges with optimism and creativity.
Justice We uplift the underrepresented. We believe every person deserves equal rights, opportunities, and dignity.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $90,000$120,000 depending on experience
Hybrid work environment (Austin, TX)
A role with real ownership, real accountability, and real impact
