Job description

Labor Staffing Inc. is seeking a highly organized and driven Bilingual Account Manager to oversee and support a large multi-location supermarket and distribution staffing account. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, staffing experience, and the ability to build relationships in fast-paced environments.

The Account Manager will be responsible for client communication, employee management, recruiting coordination, scheduling oversight, attendance tracking, issue resolution, and ensuring overall account success across multiple locations and departments.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations for assigned staffing accounts
• Maintain strong relationships with client management teams
• Coordinate staffing needs, schedules, and workforce coverage
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention efforts
• Handle call-outs, attendance issues, and shift coverage
• Conduct site visits and employee check-ins
• Ensure employees follow client policies and safety procedures
• Assist with reporting, payroll verification, and operational follow-up
• Work closely with recruiters and office staff to maintain staffing levels

Requirements:
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Staffing industry, operations, or account management experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations if needed
