  • Serves as a senior BI and analytics consultant supporting Pennsylvania's Office of Medical Assistance Programs (OMAP), with additional oversight across OLTL and CHIP reporting streams. 
  • Responsible for driving enterprise dashboard architecture, governance, and reporting standards that enhance data transparency, consistency, and performance across program, financial, and quality analytics functions. 
  • Acts as a trusted technical advisor to program leadership, guiding enterprise analytics strategy, reporting roadmaps, and governance standards. 
  • Manages and mentors a team of 8 BI developers across MATP/BFM, Program Monitoring, Quality, and Cross-Program analytics streams, translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions while ensuring alignment with platform standards and best practices.
