Job Summary:

They are seeking a Tableau Analyst to manage project planning and execution, coordinate teams, and ensure stakeholder communication while maintaining project quality and documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Define project deliverables and ensure they align with project goals and customer expectations.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
• Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities, track team performance, and provide guidance and support as necessary.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Address and resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Allocate resources effectively and efficiently, optimizing the use of available assets.

Qualifications:
