THE ROLE
The Toledo Complex includes both the Huntington Center and the Glass City Center, and this role provides operational support across both locations. The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for directing all activities of the beverage department while ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, beverage quality, and compliance with all company and regulatory standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Direct and oversee all beverage department operations.
  • Conduct monthly inventory to ensure all alcoholic beverages are properly accounted for.
  • Coordinate the movement and distribution of beverages and equipment for concessions, restaurant, and catering operations.
  • Support the overall operational and financial performance of beverage outlets.
  • Maintain high standards of beverage quality, service, presentation, and marketing to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.
  • Coordinate beverage orders with the Concessions Manager and/or Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Assist with drink menu development and beverage program enhancements.
  • Monitor beverage inventory levels and pricing daily, including updates to bar and beverage menus.
  • Develop and conduct beverage training programs for Food & Beverage team members.
  • Train staff on state and local alcohol laws, responsible alcohol service, and guest-service expectations.
  • Maintain a safe and reliable environment for guests and team members.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting overall event operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Food & Beverage and/or restaurant experience preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position operates throughout the Toledo Complex, including warehouse, dock, storage, kitchen, concessions, and event spaces. Team members may work indoors and outdoors depending on event needs. The role may require exposure to varying temperatures, including coolers, freezers, outdoor weather conditions, and high-volume event environments.

All team members are expected to practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations, and complete company-wide and job-specific safety training.
Team members must:
  • Operate equipment only when properly trained and authorized.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Report unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Report all workplace injuries and illnesses in the company's risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day the incident is reported.
