The ideal candidate is an experienced food and beverage leader with a passion for coaching and developing others. They are a hands-on manager who leads by example, builds strong relationships, and consistently drives performance, accountability, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
Description:
  • Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality and service standards
  • Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house coordination to ensure seamless service
  • Lead, train, and develop team members across dining, concessions, and events
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu planning, pricing, and product offerings
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to support operational needs
  • Analyze financial performance, including labor and cost controls, to meet business goals
  • Enhance the guest experience by implementing service standards and operational improvements

Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality management
  • Proven experience managing high-volume dining, events, or venue operations
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lead, train, and manage diverse teams
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
