Resort/Casino Sales Consultant – Beverage Distribution Company
Location: Northern Nevada, Reno/Sparks/Tahoe
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are a rapidly growing beverage distribution company in Nevada. We are seeking a highly organized, driven sales executive with a proven track record in the alcohol beverage industry to support a dedicated territory of high-demand, well-educated customers in the Resort/Casino channel. This is an elevated sales role, requiring the highest standards of industry knowledge, including in-depth knowledge of the Cellar Craft portfolio and its competitive set.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment. Has extensive sales experience and Resort/Casino or the equivalent of high demand on-premise customer relationship history. Local market relationships within the on- and off-premises beverage industry are a plus.
Responsibilities Include:ALL Establish daily pre-plans to achieve sales objectives
Provide consistency in reporting territory results regarding distribution, by the glass, by the bottle, cocktail features, promotions and notification of bar and wait staff trainings
Report to the Director of Sales, Northern Nevada
Utilize office systems, policies, and procedures
Manage customer relationships and support in-field supplier interactions
Support accounts receivable collection efforts within the designated sales territory
Develop sales presentations utilizing specific guidelines provided by the SVP of Sales
Serve as the primary sales contact within the assigned sales territory
Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and special projects
Provide the Trade department and the SVP of Sales consistent brand forecasts to support immediate and future product forecast
Support a positive and professional employment culture
Qualifications:
Prior experience in the alcohol beverage industry in the on premise channel with Resort/Casino experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, order entry and reporting software, and scheduling tools
Ability to work full-time, with flexibility to less traditional hours and supportive of the hospitality customer schedules
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
Self-starter with strong problem-solving and communication skills
