West Side Beer Distributing is hiring for a Full-Time Chain Sales Representative in Romulus
We're looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Chain Sales Representative! Join our team and play a key role in growing our portfolio within your assigned territory. This role is responsible for driving volume, distribution, and in-market execution within an assigned territory. If you enjoy working independently, building strong partnerships, and turning goals into results, this role is a perfect fit for you
Location: Romulus, MI
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Compensation: This position offers a $42,000 base salary, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $15,000 in performance-based incentives.
Reports To: District Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt

About the Role
As a Chain Sales Representative, you'll support multiple store accounts by keeping products stocked, displays looking great, and building good relationships with store staff. You'll manage inventory, handle orders, and help run promotions while gaining valuable sales experience in a fast-paced, independent role.​
What You’ll Do
  • Provide sales coverage across multiple accounts as assigned
  • Place orders, stock shelves, and maintain inventories based on store needs
  • Execute promotions, pricing, displays, and brand programs
  • Build positive relationships with account managers and staff
  • Monitor competitive activity and communicate insights to the Sales Team
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and orders
  • Build and maintain well-organized, attractive displays following merchandising standards
  • Rotate product to maintain freshness and product quality
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, MLCC regulations, and supplier agreements
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and team updates
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Prior sales, merchandising, or customer service experience (preferred)
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Reliable Vehicle and proof of insurance coverage that meets company requirements
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
