BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR

Sobieski Enterprises, Inc. in Newark, DE is seeking to hire a full-time Benefits Administrator. This role is responsible for administering company benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA and FSA plans, STD, LTD, EAP, other supplemental coverage, leave of absence, and 401(k). The Benefits Administrator is heavily involved with employees across the organization, supporting New Hire enrollment, Open enrollment, coverage and eligibility questions, and claim submissions. Maintains strong relationships with benefit brokers and vendor partners.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or HR Certification preferred.
  • 2-3 years of applicable experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Ability to follow processes and routine requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal.
  • Professional, friendly, and outgoing.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work.
