What you need to have:
  • 8-10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with direct exposure to investment operations & data workflow; could be a technology professional with strong business acumen, or the reverse.
  • Familiarity with data ecosystems in investment management, particularly in relation to benchmark use cases (fund & client reporting, performance attribution, risk oversight, portfolio management, etc.).
  • Experience collaborating across functions and/or geographies and envisioning an efficient workflow that leans into modern data and technology capabilities.
  • Demonstration of strong communication and technical skills through working with data.
  • Enthusiasm for solving problems through data, technology and connecting the dots.
What makes you stand out?
  • Experience contributing ideas to strategic visions and roadmaps for business change.
  • Exposure to benchmark solutions across the asset classes including customization for complex strategies and knowledge of index vendors and methodologies; experience with LDI strategy benchmarks a plus.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with Performance, Investment and Technology teams to develop solutions that address evolving benchmark needs.
  • Knowledge and effective use of data querying and analysis tools such as Python & AI.
Why join our team:
