A bell person (or bell attendant) acts as the first point of contact in a hotel, responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage during check-in/out, and escorting them to rooms while providing information about amenities. They ensure a positive guest experience through attentive service, often handling valet parking, transportation arrangements, and lobby maintenance.ย
