Bell Person
As a Bell Person, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests by providing exceptional service and assistance with their luggage. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for hospitality, and a friendly attitude, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and friendly manner; assist guests with luggage ensuring prompt and efficient service
  • Provide information about Hotel and Casino amenities, services, and promotions
  • Safely transport guests' luggage to and from their rooms while maintaining the security and confidentiality of the belongings
  • Communicate effectively with other Hotel and Casino staff to coordinate guest services
  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs promptly to ensure an enjoyable experience during their stay
  • Adhere to all security and safety regulations

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Bell Person or in a similar customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
