WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Bell Person, youโ€™ll provide exceptional guest service. In this role, you will:

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Assist with luggage handling, room orientation, and transportation needs.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area.
  • Assist with valet parking, as needed, ensuring guest vehicles are handled safely.
  • Work closely with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
