Job description

We pride ourselves in having the best training so no matter your experience we can help you! We are looking for the Best Maintenance person in the city! Blue Flame manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont and the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites North (a dual property location).
As a Maintenance Technician at the hotels, your general responsibilities will be to perform preventive maintenance tasks/assignments as instructed, execute, maintain, and complete the preventive maintenance program as well as monitor work orders effectively utilizing the Quore program to ensure the public spaces and guest rooms are properly maintained. You will also complete assigned work orders efficiently and effectively, and maintain property grounds and curb appeal. Examples of maintenance needs include experience with HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, boiler/chiller maintenance, and plumbing. A high school diploma or GED is required and prior experience is preferred. Must be able to work in a collaborative environment.
