Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and reset guest rooms to brand standard: make beds, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize bathrooms.

• Replace linens and terry; restock amenities, collateral, and minibar (if applicable).

• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report via work order system.

• Follow infection-control, chemical, and OSHA standards for safe room turnover.

• Secure guest property, follow lost & found procedures, and respect privacy/do-not-disturb policies.

• Meet productivity and quality inspection goals per shift.

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel room attendant experience preferred; brand standards familiarity a plus.

• Consistent attention to detail and time management in fast-paced settings.
