Righteous Room is now hiring a Bartender with 2+ of experience bartending in a high-volume bar. Work with us to make great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome team!

Located across from the Aronoff Center for the Arts, The Righteous Room is a bar and lounge that has an intimate, warm setting that is brought to life with the artwork of local artists. In the main bar area we play a fusion of rock music, both current and past hits, while the back open-air lounge features some of the hottest resident and guest DJs from Cincinnati and beyond. Our extensive drink menu includes craft beer on tap, an upscale wine list, and creative cocktails.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • Craft cocktail experience is a must
  • Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware
  • Great communication skills
  • Be a good teammate
  • Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
  • Keep a clean workspace 
  • Must be proficient with POS systems 
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred
  • Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
  • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
