With the support of our Director of Sales or Director of Catering & Convention Services, youll work your magic to hit revenue goals, wow meeting planners, and keep our guestsand your careermoving forward. This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM),overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior convention/event and catering sales experience preferred.
  • Creativity and knowledge of food and beverage/events, plus professional selling skills (opening, probing, supporting, closing) desired.
  • Valid drivers license for the applicable state required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, convince, and influence clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and present effectively.
