*Part-Time, Flexible Schedule, Monday - Friday: 7:00am to 3:30pm are available. No Nights or Weekends required!*

Position also known as: Direct Support Professional (DSP), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Behavior Therapist, Positive Support Specialist

Job Duties:

  • Supervise clients in day program setting.
  • Behavior modification: assist in interaction through positive reinforcement, engagement and the use of alternative communication strategies.
  • Community integration/engagement: facilitate positive interaction of clients with community members at large.
  • Provide assistance during meal times including: food preparation, feeding clients (solid and tube feeding)
  • Provide personal hygiene to clients including changing briefs, assisting with toileting and personal grooming.
  • Provide transportation to clients daily.
