Job Description Summary
As a Marketing Manager working for Taylor Morrison, you will be working closely with our Area Marketing Director and the Vice President of Sales within the division ensuring that the consumer's needs are met whilst maximizing the profits of the company. You will leverage national marketing tools, campaigns, and supplement them with divisional marketing strategies by providing creative, analytical, organizational, and coordination support with the core responsibility of quality lead and traffic generation. You will also ensure that programs developed as part of the marketing plan are implemented on an effective and timely basis, in a fast-paced environment with changing market conditions.

We trust that as a Marketing Manager you will: (responsibilities)
  • Manage the implementation of all brand marketing initiatives as well as support division needs to hit strategic goals
  • Partner with sales management to develop best-fit incentives, offers, and strategies for achieving sales goals
  • Analyze lead, prospect, buyer, and market demographics to consistently determine best-fit targets for direct marketing outreach and community action plans
  • Oversee and track all division marketing initiatives to include:
    • Manage all website information with all site sources including, but not limited to, static and interactive floor plans, interactive site maps, pricing, community information, directions, photo galleries and other data as well as coordinate monthly web audits
    • Provide information for digital and social media initiatives
    • Produce and plan special projects and events
    • Manage the schedule and execution of emails and work with Area Marketing Director and Email and Marketing Automation Team to track success
    • Setup new sales offices, the interactive sales office (ISO) and model home experience items
    • Order, coordinate, and install model exterior signage, entrance signage, and off-site signage
    • Schedule, gather, organize and maintain visual assets (model and community photography, virtual tours, Matterport tours, floor plan and community videos, etc.)
  • Responsible for annual division specific marketing plan to drive qualified leads and traffic to all communities
  • Creation and implementation of division advertising budget including coding and processing of sales & marketing invoices
  • Manage Division Realtor Relations
  • Act as liaison to Creative Studio and Corporate Communications team to drive division initiatives
  • Tracks results for all marketing initiatives, analyzing what worked and what did not work to increase efficiency for the future
  • Competently communicates between communities, division(s), region, and corporate, including data analytics, strategy recommendations, and providing necessary reports and respond promptly to requests
  • Helps instill a fun culture of teamwork, and openness to drive positive team member engagement
  • Maintain and organize project files, spreadsheets and other project resources as required

About you:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or other related field and 3-5 years of marketing experience
