Job description

Technical Skills:-
• Good technical knowledge of Windows and Windows software
• Intermediate issue debugging skills
• Some level of testing experience
• Excellent technical communication skills - especially related to describing complex issues and submitting detailed issue reports that are actionable by the engineering team
• Self-motivation - completes work without constant oversight
The following is not mandatory, but would be a plus:
• Experience with HP systems (Sudden Impact, DASH, Pulsar, etc.)
• Linux knowledge/experience
• Experience with VDI remote computing solutions (e.g. Citrix, VMware)
Behavioral Skills:
• Very good communication skills
• Should be very interactive and top on deliverables being working from client environment
Qualification:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• 4 to 8 years of experience
