Schedule: Full-Time, Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM (Occasional meetings to 5:00 PM)

What You’ll Do (Direct Care & Support):
  • Provide one-on-one, assent-based care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in an active clinic environment.
  • Run individualized programs to build functional communication, social interactions, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
  • Maintain neurodiversity-affirming practices while recording real-time session data and progress notes on a company tablet.
Qualifications:
  • Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn (no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!).
  • Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, compassionate, and ready to thrive in a team-focused setting.
  • Physical Ability: Agile and energetic! Able to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, transition quickly, and move actively to safely engage children at their eye level.
  • Reliability: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to the Cedar Hill clinic daily.
