Behavior Technician (BT) – Buda, TX

At Olive Branch ABA, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. We provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA services to children and adolescents with autism.

We are looking for a dependable and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one support to a client in Buda, Texas.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.

  • Implement individualized treatment plans.

  • Collect accurate session data.

  • Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

  • Follow clinical and behavioral intervention protocols.

  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members.

  • Maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Experience working with children preferred.

  • Experience with autism, ABA, education, or behavioral health preferred.

  • Active RBT certification is a plus but not required.

  • Reliable transportation.

  • Valid Texas driver's license.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Patient, dependable, compassionate, and willing to learn.
