Job description

The BT/RBT plays a vital role in delivering customized intervention plans to support children within a multidisciplinary team. This position focuses on direct service delivery, working closely with clients to implement behavior analysis strategies while tracking progress and maintaining thorough documentation. There is no travel involved, and ample opportunities exist for advancement within the behavior analysis field.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and record data accurately during client sessions
  • Implement tailored intervention plans for children
  • Engage directly with clients to facilitate therapeutic activities
  • Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Document detailed session reports and maintain compliance standards
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure adherence to clinical and ethical guidelines
  • Prepare materials and environments for effective session delivery

Preferred Qualifications
