Job Summary

Responsible for assisting in all areas of ticketing operations, box office operations, and season ticket holder services for Spring Training and the Bradenton Marauders.

Responsibilities

  1. Process walk-up ticket sales at the stadium Box Office using ProVenue ticketing system.
  2. Answer all incoming phone calls to the ticket extension and return all voicemails.
  3. Process all completed new and renewal season ticket orders in ProVenue.
  4. Assist with any ticket requests, relocation requests, or customer service issues.
  5. Assist in the execution of printing and mailing season ticket orders.
  6. Work the will call, customer service windows on selected games.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
  8. Print and sort will call orders each game.
  9. Assist in the processing of group ticket orders.
  10. All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Required:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Proficiency in windows and Microsoft office Minimum one year experience with cash register or cash handling responsibilities
  3. Bachelor's degree preferred
  4. Previous experience with a ticketing system desired, preferably ProVenue.
