Beef Modernization Sorters work in a high-paced environment and must understand Food Safety and Quality are their primary responsibility. Beef Modernization Sorters undergo intensive and recurring training and must be willing to train/educate others.Beef Modernization Sorters work closely with many different harvest floor departments including USDA-FSIS Consumer Safety Inspectors.EOE, including disability/vets
