Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth within the staffing industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and make 70โ€“80 connected calls daily to engage prospects.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop new business by engaging with clients over the phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued business growth.
  • TAT Compliance: Ensure all client deliverables and business opportunities are addressed within agreed turnaround times.
  • Market Research: Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Follow-Ups & Outreach: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and prospects through calls, emails, and scheduled meetings.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3โ€“5 years of proven success in business development within the staffing industry.
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred.
