What You'll Lead
As BDC Manager, you'll be responsible for building a team that creates exceptional first impressions and consistently delivers results.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Recruiting, coaching, and developing Business Development Representatives
  • Driving appointment-setting performance
  • Improving lead response times and customer engagement
  • Monitoring CRM activity and process compliance

  • Creating accountability through daily performance management
  • Partnering with Sales Managers to improve appointment-to-sale conversion
