About the Role
Hill Bros Logistics is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role is primarily dedicated to managing and growing one of our key customer accounts, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring seamless service delivery from start to finish. If you thrive on owning a relationship, solving problems before they happen, and being the person a customer counts on - this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a dedicated key account, building a deep understanding of their freight needs, expectations, and business goals
  • Coordinate with operations, load planners, and carriers to ensure capacity is aligned and service levels are consistently met
  • Monitor shipment performance, proactively communicate updates, and resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Identify opportunities to grow the account through expanded lanes, services, or solutions
  • Maintain accurate load data, customer profiles, and documentation in our TMS
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, billing, and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain - brokerage or account management experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
