INTERNET SALES - We are looking for a enthusiastic and energetic person to help with internet customers.

  • No Automotive Experience? No problem! We will train you!
  • We're looking for hardworking individuals with experience in Call Centers, Customer Service, Hospitality, Restaurants!

Do you love working with new technologies and innovative products? We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Internet Sales team.

In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will communicate effectively with customers through phone text, email, and social media channels, along with establishing rapport and managing customer profiles. You will be provided a guided sales processes and written scripts; in addition communicate with team members through verbal and written communications.

  • We have an in-house Training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.
  • Guaranteed pay for the first 90 days then will be paid commissions based on performance. Top Sales Associates earnings over $100K
  • Full Time Flexible Schedule with Rotating Weekend!
  • Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm and the rotating week will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 10am - 7pm, and Saturday 8-5.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and schedule sales appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
  • Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Verify customer and vehicle information and sales needs.
  • Conduct 24-hour reminder call for all sales appointments.
  • Display thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required

  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Communication skills: Ability to collaborate, cooperate, interpret, communicate information that is not always straightforward.
  • Computer: Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, and Intermediate Excel), manage files, navigate network, web and windows. Software: Ability to efficiently use in house software such as CRM.
