Job description

Service BDC Representative
The Service BDC Representative is responsible for receiving all incoming service calls, establishing relationships with customers and scheduling appointments for the Service Department.
The BDC Representative interacts daily with the BDC Manager, customers, Service Department, Sales Associates, Sales Managers and support staff.


Responsibilities:
โ€ขReceiving inbound phone calls and leads
โ€ขIdentifying the client's needs and scheduling appointments
โ€ขPlacing outbound phone calls to potential leads
โ€ขEnsuring all clients concerns are addressed prior to appointment date such as cost, warranty questions, appointment duration, etc
โ€ขContacting clients prior to appointment date to confirm appointment
โ€ขFollowing up post visit to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
โ€ขHigh school diploma or equivalent
โ€ขExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
โ€ขExtensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
โ€ขComputer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
โ€ขAbility to read and comprehend instructions and information
โ€ขExcellent problem-solving skills

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
