Service BDC Representative
The Service BDC Representative is responsible for receiving all incoming service calls, establishing relationships with customers and scheduling appointments for the Service Department.
The BDC Representative interacts daily with the BDC Manager, customers, Service Department, Sales Associates, Sales Managers and support staff.
Responsibilities:
โขReceiving inbound phone calls and leads
โขIdentifying the client's needs and scheduling appointments
โขPlacing outbound phone calls to potential leads
โขEnsuring all clients concerns are addressed prior to appointment date such as cost, warranty questions, appointment duration, etc
โขContacting clients prior to appointment date to confirm appointment
โขFollowing up post visit to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
โขHigh school diploma or equivalent
โขExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
โขExtensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
โขComputer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
โขAbility to read and comprehend instructions and information
โขExcellent problem-solving skills
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

$12.00 per hour + Commission
