Description:

Business Development Center (BDC) Agent is required to both execute and supervise the team’s customer communications via email, telephone, and text.

• Responsible for daily maintenance of our CRM Program. (Vin Solutions)

• Review lead analytics weekly (appointments, confirmations, shows, sold and close percentage) and make necessary adjustments to ensure you are tracking to goals.

• Responsible for the training, coaching, mentoring, and resulting productivity levels of the sales team.

Requirements:

Auto sales experience (2+ years)

Ability to work both independently and with a team

Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills and communication, in-person and over the phone

Positive mindset with high energy throughout the workday

Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and various CRM tools

Provide support to drive and hit objective-based quotas and goals
