Internet Director / BDC Manager

About the Job

Mike Bass Ford-Mazda of Sheffield Village is looking for an experienced automotive Internet/BDC Manager to join our team. Family owned and operated for 40+ years, Mike Bass Ford-Mazda has been a sales volume leader for the Ford and Mazda brands. Our decades of leadership and success stems from our talented and tenured team. 

Our Internet Department is essential to our continued success, and we need an individual that is highly skilled, polished, professional, enthusiastic, and determined to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of BDC department and the staffing of team members.
  • Develop and implement the group’s lead process, including email templates and phone scripts.
  • Oversight to the response of leads and ensuring proper and professional follow-up.
  • Manage digital technologies used for lead generation/handling (i.e., digital retailing and chat).
  • Be the group’s champion for our CRM and equity mining tools.
  • Assist with the creation and tracking of performance for sales and marketing efforts.
  • Assist with managing digital marketing tools and strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales and/or management experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, phone skills, and presentation skills are a must.
  • Must have a valid Ohio license, with a clean motor vehicle record, and ability to pass a background check
