Job Summary
The Asphalt Plant Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the asphalt plant, ensuring the production of quality asphalt materials in accordance with project specifications. This role includes monitoring plant performance, maintaining equipment, and adhering to environmental and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain asphalt mixing plant equipment and machinery.
  • Monitor plant operations to ensure specifications and quality requirements are met.
  • Perform regular inspections, routine maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Coordinate with material suppliers for inventory and ensure proper material handling.
  • Complete production reports, logs, and documentation accurately.
