Position Summary
The Suites Runner supports suite attendants in the setup, operation, and cleanup of suites, ensuring a seamless guest experience. This role focuses on preparing and stocking suites with the necessary products, utensils, and supplies, as well as assisting with pre-ordered food and beverage setups and in-event deliveries.
This role pays an hourly rate of $13.00 and is tip eligible.

About the Venue
Synovus Park is one of the newest and most modern minor league baseball and entertainment venues in the Southeast. Located in Columbus, Georgia, the ballpark is home to the Columbus Clingstones, the Double-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. Synovus Park hosts 69 professional baseball games each season while also serving as a year-round destination. The venue accommodates over 5,200 fans with expanded capacity for large-scale events, making it a premier gathering place for both sports and entertainment in the Chattahoochee Valley region.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare suites for guests by ensuring they are fully stocked and ready for events.
  • Assist suite attendants with the setup and execution of pre-ordered food and beverage items.
  • Deliver food and beverage orders to suites during events promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of suite work areas and equipment.
  • Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards in all workspaces.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management to ensure successful event execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with coworkers, management, and guests, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • Capability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Previous experience in food service highly preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Possession of a valid food handling certificate.
