Our client is a large-scale events and promotions organization producing high-impact live experiences across the country. They are seeking a hands-on Live Events Operations Manager to lead execution from planning through on-site delivery.
This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring complex events to life.
What You'll Own
  • End-to-end execution of live events across multiple markets
  • Venue sourcing and negotiation (hotels, theaters, stadiums)
  • Vendor management across A/V, staging, catering, security, and logistics partners
  • Travel coordination for staff, vendors, and talent
  • On-site leadership including load-in, execution, and load-out
  • Budget tracking and cost management
What We're Looking For
  • 5-10+ years of experience in live event operations, production, or logistics
  • Proven track record managing large-scale or multi-city events
  • Experience negotiating with venues and managing vendor relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure, live environments
  • Willingness to travel ~50%
Compensation
  • Base salary: $100K - $125K
