We are seeking an experienced BAS Controls Technician to support mission-critical facilitiesthroughout the West Chester, PA region. This field-facing role focuses on the service, programming, andoptimization of Building Automation Systems for hospitals, commercial sites, and data center environments.Tridium certification is required for this position.

  • Location: West Chester, PA (work radius up to 2 hours)
  • Compensation: $40.00 – $50.00/hour (DOE)
Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working in BAS, HVAC controls, or related trades
  • Required: Active Tridium certification
  • Background with Distech, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, or York platforms preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, logic interpretation, and controls programming skills
  • Comfortable supporting clients directly and communicating with end users
  • Willing and able to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, service, and diagnose Building Automation Systems
  • Perform equipment startup, device checkout, and system validation
  • Create, modify, and archive BAS programs, graphics, and controller databases
  • Assist with commissioning, retrofits, and long-term system maintenance
  • Conduct routine diagnostics to maintain system health and uptime
  • Provide clear communication and training to customers and contractors
